Are we looking at a Wild, Wild West, with some steam punk style machines (giant mechanical spiders), and Indians w/Shamanistic powers...or are we looking at an Authentic western experience? What about hidden valleys with dinosaurs or secret underground citys of futuristic people who kill everyone older than 30 to prevent over crowding?

This might be a dumb question, but I can't seem to find any information on seeing this game. I can see where servers are up, there are people playing...but I don't see any way to get started.

I'm curious as to how healing will be handled in this game. Is there going to be some kind of mysticism in the game that will use healing? I saw a post that talked about first aid, and that makes sense for minor issues. But a real gunshot wound or broken bone (falling from a horse) should be meaningful. This would be the first MMO that I am interested that doesn't have a healing class built in (AFAIK).
