I'm curious as to how healing will be handled in this game. Is there going to be some kind of mysticism in the game that will use healing? I saw a post that talked about first aid, and that makes sense for minor issues. But a real gunshot wound or broken bone (falling from a horse) should be meaningful. This would be the first MMO that I am interested that doesn't have a healing class built in (AFAIK).

And the game is great. :D Yes this is random and I dunno if I'm psychic or not but I get Deja Vu all the time like I've dreamt everything has happened before. :P However the Pheniox in my dream was awesome so keep up the good work you guys, this MMO is going to blow up once you get some nice screenies out there. :)

Will we be able to customize our character's looks?

How will chosing your first profession work?
will we be given a group to chose from when creating a character or will we start w/o one and chose it ingame by gaining exp.
Also will we be able to change our profession ingame like in SWG if you got bored of being a master tailor you could drop it and become a swordsman.
