Hello community! I'm curious as to what genre of MMOG's everyone is playing out there. If you're currently playing a MMORPG-style game, tell us about it!
What MMOGs do you play?
ok presently i am "playing" a certain tolkien style game, and beyond that i cant as its under NDA still

yes i am that fickle whilst i continue to search for a home to stay playing in, maybe this project will eventually be that home.

Currently betaing another MMO, the name of which I cannot release.
I'm currently playing World of Warcraft (my main time-suck from Phoenix), and even after 2 years, it's still fun to me.

i still play wow , and i now have my Zboard and my WoW board to go with it, its uber :D
but it dosent work properly , i got a temp fix because each time i turn the pc on with the keyboard in it dose reconise it but dosent want to boot up so i take it out and whne i get to desktop plug it back in .we sort of found the problem and i need a new motherboard :(

I think Battlefield 1942 was kind of like that. However, it wasn't persistent. As soon as one side won, the game was over. I think it was also limited to 32 players.

I did a little bit of beta on it. Mostly doing TR atm, and trying to do WoW. I'm one of the weird people who keep getting disconnected - must be my network card on my new PC, but who knows.

I've been playing TR as well. The simplistic interface, combat style, and general feel in the game has given me several new ideas for Phoenix, but more on that later (yes, I am a tease).

I've played World of Warcraft, Guild Wars, and Star Wars Galaxies. I've stopped playing them all. My college's firewall slows down the gameplay to a crawl and I don't have a steady source of income to pay the subscription fees.

TR? total reject? well it maybe as thats my thoughts on anything NCsoft does... and yep i have tried some of their stuff
and gearing up to go into eve again for a longer run this time maybe:)

I play Nascar Sim Racing, Guild Wars, StarCraft, Microsoft Fight Sim Century of Flight and Flight Sim X. I flight sim more than anything else now.

Recently decided to finally quit SWG for a bit. They just don't seem to be going anywhere with the game except more grinding collection stuff.
Lately I've been playing Hellgate. Pretty fun, it's like SWG, Battlefield & Diablo all rolled into one. Huge Diablo fan.
Picking up Age of Conan tonight so hopefully that'll be fun. I only got to play a couple hours in beta so I didn't have a chance to get a good feel or make a decision on it.

anyways, few might know already, but if you have an inactive account in EQ2 in good standing, you can play free till July 31st. It's been going on since beginning of June I think, but I only learned of it a week ago. Decided to re-download and play a bit. Pretty lost for the most part so far, but my tanking skills are slowly coming back. 65 Guardian as main toon on Befallen server.
Anyone else jump on the wagon or is already playing on a paid account?

Sounds fun, but I *really* don't need any more distractions. EQ would seriously cut into what little free time I've had lately.
Free Time
Fortunately, I have tons of free time, but I keep the responsibilities pretty low. No kids, no wife, and I just work the 8:30-4:30 M-F type deal, and after that, I just head home to play games, guitar, watch movies. It's an easy life but someone has to do it. It keeps me from going out to the bar at least :)

I've been putting in obscene hours in EQ2 now lol. Even re-subbed already since I'm having tons of fun. Lotta new content to quest through, and I still never saw any end-game stuff cause I never reached the previous lvl 70 cap. At 66 right now with my Guardian.
