"driving" cattle

I don't know if any of the dev's played the game Gun from Neversoft, but one of the really fun "quests" in the game was driving bulls from the fields back to their corral. It would be cool if something similar was possible in this game too.
RE: "driving" cattle
I've played Gun as well, so I know exactly what you're talking about. Cattle drives is something we've discussed. Whether it would actually be included in the game is not certain.

I have not personally played the game but I definately want to see the old "cowboy" kind of thing be relevant in the game. As I said to Funar concerning this, doing a long cattle drive would just be way too cool to even explain.
And he recommended buying the game you mention so thats two votes for it. Ill head to Bestbuy/CompUSA at lunch today and see if I can find it.

Do you mean herding the cattle on horseback or actually riding on a cow and going somewhere? I'm not really sure what you mean. :

Driving cattle was done on horseback. Basically, you'd herd them together in one group and then lead them to wherever the destination was, be it your ranch or long distance for sale or slaughter.

Ah I see. You could put cattle driving quests in the game, or if you had your own cattle you could make another player do it for you. That sounds like fun.

It's a definite possibility. There's a lot of options there for outlaws and thieves to have a little fun there as well.

Keep in mind, Orville and Wilbur Wright didn't launch their first flight until December 17, 1903. So, you're probably not going to see flying in Phoenix. :)
